  • Use only accounts that are in your name or that you have authorized.

Upgram is not responsible for blocks, suspensions, or penalties applied by social media networks.

5. Delivery of Services

Services begin after payment confirmation and may have varying timeframes depending on the type of order.

  • Delivery may occur gradually.
  • Delivery times may vary due to technical factors.
  • Upgram may adjust delivery methods without prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the services:

  • There is no guarantee of a refund after the execution has begun.
  • Refunds may be considered in cases of proven failure.

Refund requests must be made within 7 (seven) days, provided that the service has not yet been initiated, as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Code.

7. Guarantees and Replacements

  • The replacement will be made within the stated timeframe.

In services such as Reels views, for example, delivery may begin and be partially or fully completed in a few minutes, even in less than 5 (five) minutes, depending on the contracted quantity and system availability. In these cases, due to the rapid execution of the service, the cancellation request may be compromised, especially when delivery has already begun automatically or has been fully or partially completed at the time of analysis. Upgram.com.br reserves the right to individually analyze each cancellation request, observing the order status, the delivery stage, and the technical feasibility of interrupting the service, always based on good faith, transparency, and the specific characteristics of the digital services provided.

If the customer expresses dissatisfaction with the contracted service, they may formalize their refund request through our official customer service channels. However, since this is a digital service and not the supply of a physical product, the request will not be automatically approved and will be subject to technical and administrative verification and analysis by our responsible team. Each request will be evaluated individually, considering criteria such as the nature of the contracted service, the stage of delivery, the effective execution of the order, compliance with the conditions offered at the time of contracting, and any evidence related to the service provision. Only after this analysis will a conclusive opinion be issued regarding the possibility of a full or partial refund, depending on the specific case. Upgram.com.br reserves the right to reject refund requests when it is found that the service was duly initiated, executed, or completed in accordance with the conditions informed to the customer at the time of purchase. Nevertheless, each claim will be treated with seriousness, reasonableness, and respect for consumer rights, always seeking a balanced solution between the parties.
