- Do not use the services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

- Use only accounts that are in your name or that you have authorized.
Upgram is not responsible for blocks, suspensions, or penalties applied by social media networks.
5. Delivery of Services

6. Refund Policy

- There is no guarantee of a refund after the execution has begun.

Refund requests must be made within 7 (seven) days, provided that the service has not yet been initiated, as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Code.
